We are small, so you will touch real client work in your first month. Apply by email — a short note about what you have built goes further than a formatted CV.
What you will do
- - Attend and coordinate calls with candidates and new joiners.
- - Explain the company background, work culture, policies, and basic HR processes.
- - Support the background verification (BGV) process by collecting required information and coordinating with candidates.
- - Manage candidate and employee documentation, including collecting, verifying, organizing, and maintaining records.
- - Assist with onboarding activities and ensure all required documents and formalities are completed.
- - Follow up with candidates for pending documents, verification details, and other HR requirements.
- - Maintain HR trackers and provide regular status updates to the HR team.

What you will do
- - Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
- - Create and update web pages using WordPress themes, page builders, and plugins.
- - Upload and manage website content, images, blogs, and other media.
- - Customize website layouts, menus, headers, footers, and basic UI elements.
- - Support website responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- - Perform basic troubleshooting for WordPress, plugin, theme, and layout-related issues.
- - Help with website backups, updates, security checks, and performance optimization.
- - Coordinate with the team for content changes, new pages, and website enhancements.
- - Test website functionality and ensure links, forms, and pages are working correctly.
What we look for
- - Basic knowledge of WordPress and website development.
- - Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar tools.
- - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; JavaScript knowledge is an added advantage.
- - Understanding of responsive web design and basic UI/UX principles.
- - Ability to work with WordPress themes and plugins.
- - Basic knowledge of hosting, domains, SSL, and website deployment is preferred.
- - Good attention to detail and ability to follow design/reference websites accurately.
- - Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
